A passionate activist, traveler, a firm believer of experiential learning and transformational leadership. While pursuing her dream career of Chartered Accountancy, she realized that though she has a great knack for numbers but her inner calling is somewhere else. She realized that the justice streak in her always plays the most important role in her life. Following her inner calling she began working with the Jaunsar and Bawar tribes in the Himalayas, leading her way as a student activist and then in the midst of the Santhal tribes in Jharkhand. She has a M.phil in Diplomacy from JNU, New Delhi and is a trained human rights activist.
Since last six years she is in Auroville and engaged in different projects. She is the Founder of Anvehsan – An Experiential Learning & Unlearning Center.



Lakshmi is passionate about transformative experiential education that provides opportunities for us humans to connect with the rest of nature in a deep way. She loves to hold space for such experience to unfold and is always grateful to witness the empowerment that comes from within participants who undertake a journey of such learning.

She is a trained facilitator of ‘The work that reconnects’, deep ecology, Awakening the dreamer symposiums, women’s circles, organisational behaviour change towards environmental sustainability and is a qualified trainer in adult education. She has a master's degree in Environmental Sustainability.



A young passionate girl who does not hesitate in chasing her dreams and realizing it. Based in Auroville, she is passionate about Frisbee and Fire juggling.

She was the youngest player and Spirit Captain of the India’s All Women’s Ultimate Frisbee team. She undertook the Ganga Yatra – A journey of Self Discovery in 2016 and discovered her strengths!



A young passionate seeker of truth, who didn’t shy away from dropping out of an engineering college after the Ganga Yatra in 2016. He was deeply impacted with the widespread poverty and pollution along the course of the Holy river Ganga. He has a knack for organizing and captures moments which others might forget to notice with his camera.



A passionate Basketball player and a budding photographer. A young enthusiast who follows his heart. He undertook the Ganga Yatra – A journey of Self Discovery in 2016, which helped him in deciding his future course of Action.
